Lets dissect it...

- pushing police
- crosssing a police line
- being known bikies

answer = yes, you would.

Im sure if the son asked the cops if his mum was ok, they would have let him know...

Plus dont forget there was a murder the next day. These guys may have had something to do with it, so of course the cops are gonna get them off the street before it escolates even further.

I dont think you can say any bikie is hard done by. Its their own fault they get police attention.

Who are producing these wannabe gangster cretins?, they are surely straight out of a comedy show or a chopper Read book.
They are children who have never grown up, and society is paying for them every day in court, police, and correctional time.

POLICE say they will not be intimidated by outlaw motorcycle gangs and have warned bikie members there will be consequences for acting outside the law.

The warning from Deputy Commissioner Grant Stevens came after five Hells Angels associates were arrested for pushing their way through a Parafield Gardens crime scene last week.

On Sunday night and Monday morning, Operation Alpha detectives arrested three Parafield Gardens men aged 25, 21 and 19, a 22-year old from Thebarton and a 25-year-old from Walkley Heights.

The men were charged with hindering police after forcing their way past officers at a Parafield Gardens home that was the target of a molotov cocktail attack on November 20. They have been bailed to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court at a later date.

"These arrests are a warning to those who believe they can wilfully disobey police direction,'' Mr Stevens said.

Exactly what I was saying. Pushing through police and disturbing a crime scene is a crime and they should definately be punished. They are not above the law.

Were they trying to get to mum or tidy up anything that may incriminate them before the cops saw it?

shouldn't the police officer be punished as well, after all he stepped a side and let them do what they wanted.

May have been an issue of officer safety. Don't think these thugs would hesitate in punching on with a rank and file officer.....

Yeah, cops are smart enough to control situations that could get ugly. The officer obviously identified everybody there. Theres not much he couldve done alone.

Well. interesting scene wasn't it?

By the look out the vision I saw there were 3 officers standing by the door with around 8 to 10 bikies. It was pretty obvious the police were under resourced at the scene and hopefully they called for extra patrols at the scene. (I am sure they would of).

That saying I did think it was pretty average to just let them break through the line and I would be asking questions.

It seems in Adelaide one side is winning and making their own rules at present.

No, he could of stood and stated "You cross this crime scene, you will be arrested".

If they went through they would catch up with them later to be arrested.

The cops didn't even do anything to stop them they stepped a side and let them through. These guys are trained in handling these situations and should of at least tried to stop them. whats the point in wasting tax payers money if there just going to say there's too many of them so i'll just step a side. being out numbered is a cop out go ask our SAS boys how many times they have been out numbered in afgan and see how many of them back away.

You taking the piss!?!? I tell you what 5 on 1 or 6 on 2. i'd bloody step aside too... Common sense!!! So they try to stop them, cop gets seriously hurt. what does that prove??? what does that achieve??? NOTHING!!! I'm pretty sure the cops loved ones are pretty happy they stepped aside... i know i would be...

Comparing the cops to the SAS is ridiculous...
