Great bowling by Siddle, 2 bouncers in a row to Kallis and he was in massive pain trying to duck them.

But that player then is effectively out of the game, where a batsmen using a runner is still fairly effective with the runner advantage.

If a keeper gets injured his not allowed to have someone run up to the stumps with gloves on to take the ball while the batsmen run, they have to make do with what's out there

If a Batsman goes off another batsman resumes the over in the same manner

Must admit I havnt read it, will have to grab a copy, loved watching him in action even though we usually copped it from him

when he was bowling in the nets to ponting they were only pitching halfway up
