Separate. Only Div 1 makes AO, Only Div 1 gets prize money.
Makes you laugh at the sides who are playing their A's in the B-grade trying to "back-door" their way onto AO.

well our A grade are in div 2, mind you our A grade are also in B3, so was just wondering cheers

What's changed with the division set-up?
Who are the "both divisions"?

Jimmy, In the T20 comp this year there is Div 1, which is meant for A-grade sides, and Div 2, which is meant for the rest.

No worries NR28, more than happy with B3 sides playing in Div 2, and same with UniSA.
Was more having a crack at the club who plays A2 but put their T20 side into Div 2.

Interested to see that the first two rounds of the 20/20 finals are on Saturdays so clubs that use "ring in" players from grade clubs wont be able to use them. Thoughts?

The 1st round of the T20 was on a Saturday with no "ring ins" and the 3rd round on 11 december will also be ring in free due to the Grade teams having their own T20 games

Pretty clever scheduling by the ATCA considering that they encouraging clubs to guest players from grade cricket.

an absolute joke of a write up about the Woodville Rech v Goodwood game on Adelaide Now local sport section

http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/sport/loc ... 6519484451

being at the game for the start of day 2 where Woody Rechs absolutely destroyed Goodwood in the first hour taking 7/19 to roll them out for 90, their big tall opening bowler doing all the damage from one end taking 5 out of the 7 in that hour.....NO mention of that at all

Would have thought that being a local sport write up that a match summary should be on there not what is currently on there

Rechabites prepare a green top did they?
I am guessing that the messenger scribe probably never attends a game.
What has happened at the Rechabites. I see they are missing a couple of their stars and Duffett hasn't made a run yet. Has the cheque book been put away?
