A fact that Crows supporters conveniently keep forgetting.

When does a question become fact? Anyone that signs two seperate contracts has to be complicit in any deal to some extent.

Crows in trouble - CHEATS

Didn't the email to tippetts manager state that the afl was not to know about the payment? Therefore Kurt knew.

I think if charges only related to the cap disclosure issues then Dutchy would be correct and that is consistent with previous cases where the club is fined and not the player.

Wasn't part of the deal being traded to his club of choice for a 2nd round draft pick?

Surely he knew about that bit, so why not all of the conditions of the contract???

Whats the point of paying the player extra money if he doesnt know about it? How would something he doesnt know about persuade him to stay. His "official AFL sanctioned" contract would have one amount on it and there would be more going into his bank account.

He knew. He didnt tell the AFL. He's guilty too.

http://www.afl.com.au/news/newsarticle/ ... fault.aspx

Player mangers major role is to negotiate player contracts on their behalf.

They were invented to stop side deals and regulate player payments.

If its not Tippetts manager at fault I don't know who is.

How would all of this saga be affecting the players, coaches, hierarchy and even supporters of the Swans?

Do they really want to inherit this bloke and all his baggage, his selfishness, his salary, his threatening to sue his former club, etc.

Surely they would be starting to second guess whether this is going to be a negative impact on a club who just won a premiership without this bloke.

And to top it all off Tippett refuses to meet with GWS management who in turn have de-listed Brogan to make room for Tippett.

What a mess!!!

surely sydney must be having doubts from every angle????

So what happens if GWS draft tippett and agree to his pay requirement???
Does he have to play or does he just sit the season out??

Tippett clearly had knowledge of the 3rd party deal. Tippett threatening to sue the club if de-registered certainly means he really is trying very hard to maintain the non friendship!!!

Bout time the media put one and two together, I've been saying it for a month!

The issue being that it was promised or "guaranteed" to be paid with the condition that the AFL not be informed.
She claims the club (Reid) promised a string of 3rd party deals adding up to $200K with the Crows covering any shortfall.

That would explain those bloody Balfours ads!!!
