apparently not happy on the new signing of Waybacks new senior coach. But remember he was in retirement first half of this season.

Apologies to anyone interested in reading in the Times last weeks match report between Tod River and Tasman A grade, i didnt get it forwarded on in time to the paper.

Both teams arrived at Centenary on a great day for cricket, Tod River got off to the perfect start by winning the toss and looking to make full use of a dry looking wicket electing to bat. After the previous nights rain and with the covers doing there part a cracking game of cricket was expected between these two winless sides.

Tod River captain Tyson Arthur opened the batting and looked to deal only in boundaries in his short stay for 20 which included a towering six nearly into the bowling green, he was dismissed by Nick Wright skying one to Jaykob Gooder. The very next ball had Wright on a hat-trick as Gooder took a full stretch diving catch down low in front of first slip to remove Jed Castley. Adam Hage had come to the crease in this time and looked in great touch. When Tom Gent was dismissed run out by Ben Clements from fielding normally seen at an international level The River needed Hage to play a long innings, Hage punished anything over pitched and played the shot of the day shortly after drinks with a straight drive off of Tyson Dodd who had earlier picked up Keeley. Reece Francis had bowled well enough to deserve a wicket or two and was unlucky. Captain Andrew Frick came into the attack and looked to slow Tod River down, his first two overs were maidens before he trapped O’Leary with a low full toss LBW, shortly after he picked up Tynan Keeley who had monstered him earlier through the goals for a maximum. Hage was still in at this stage and was starting to run out of partners as he looked to attack, his brilliant 61 ended when he held out caught on the boundary giving Frick another. Josh Humphries got his only wicket when he bowled Craig Dorwood, Gooder smartly stumped Mitch Dalziel and Christie was bowled by Frick making it 5 wickets for the captain with Tod River all out for a competitive 157.

Tasmans innings didnt start brightly when Liam ‘chucker’ Kitch played on off of Mitch Dennis’s bowling, this bought Frick out to the crease, who was dropped without scoring from a leading edge. Jason Fauser who has been quite consistent so far this season continued on in his rich vein of form, cutting and pulling every delivery he could. Frick up the other end was again given another two lives as he flirted with the Tod River fielders, eventually dismissed by the super impressive Tynan Keeley - juggled up high above first slip fielders head. Clements came and went as the economical Dorwood pinned him LBW first ball and then followed that up moments later by bowling a searing in-swinger that flattened Fauser and had him kissing the crease line as his stumps were sent everywhere for a well made 49. Dodd showed form but was undone by a lack of pace from young Christie. At this stage of the game Tod River had the momentum and were looking the goods. Matt Smith in his first game for the season and Gooder who had two golden ducks in his last two innings needed to slow the wickets and score runs at the same time as the run rate got up and over 4 at one stage. As the partnership began to build Tod River tried a number of bowlers to no avail, Smith was turning back the clock and Gooder showed why he is one to watch in Port Lincoln Cricket as the pair got Tasman over the line with a 76 run partnership with two overs to spare. Tasman’s Win column is now up and running as Tod River continue to look for their first victory. Ray Stockham umpired this good game of Port Lincoln Cricket and must be congratulated for level to which he umpired it.

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

The funeral must have been in WA sonya belly.

LDS I didnt see Emma Pedler on the show I did see Emma Forster carrying on about how the sound of the boat coming back to port is such a releif.

I spoke with a prominant person in the doco and he said it is all a set up, the fisheries arresting divers in the water and the acting was all planned. But it was still interesting I thought as there is no way I would be getting in that water.
Must have been a touchy subject to include the death in the documentry?
