Not haviing a go here at all but -

dont blame her at all. If she sells whoever alcohol, to someone thinking its being bought, or to be drank by a minor, the rules state they cant serve you, its against the law. as we all know??

Yes, this 17 year brother was just shopping with your son yes, but seeing this under age person, i would think ok you guys are going to hit the piss , so i am not serving you. Its stupid i know... but those are the rules. If this person serves you, and then they walk out the store and both get drunk , and have an accident or misfortune , it will get back to them - You sold these 2 poeple One 21 year old, the other 17 alcohol? You have lost your liquior licence sorry. Yes your older son could have just said it was just for him, but not seeing a full grown adult there and confirming then this happened. Since you have gone in a confirmed its not for the 17 year old, they can be served, as it will come back onto you if something happens .

I saw a young 12 year old with his mother buying wine once, he placed the bottle on the checkout, as he was just carrying it, the checkout operator refused to sell the product. They were told, to go back to the wine rack, pick up another bottle by the mother, and then carry it back and place it on the checkout, and confirm the mother will be drinking it.

those are the rules.

21 year olds are considered "full grown adults". do you mean there has to be a legal guardian there?

No , I am meaning that 21 and 17 odiously look younger then a 40 year old. Of course if it was a 40 year old and a 17 in the case it would look like a responsible person,

Yes I know " a 21 year old is considered and is a fully grown adult" , I am not stupid, just trying to make a point, just trying to say that the person serving is only doing what they are told. I wouldn't give a rats really if it was me but they are doing what they are told

Ask for an annual donation to cover the cost of hosting the site. I'm sure you would have more than enough people offer a $5-$10...

Enforce consistent moderating across the whole forum, deleting all and every post that breaks the site rules rather than picking out posts here or there.. a lot worse and more offensive post are let to stay than some that get binned
