Obviously struggling financially is Gaza, it just goes to show where those players loyalty lie when the money runs out.

Most of them couldn't even spell the word NM!

Hearing of big losses. 5 at St Peters OC, 7 at Gaza, 4 at Henley and other D1 clubs. Players being lost to the country leagues, with big coin.

Heard names and figures. Country clubs are certainly targeting the top D1 clubs each year and throwing everything but the kitchen sink at them if all is true that I am hearing.

Anyone care to comment if true or just pre-season gossip

Have not hear about the others, but can confirm gazas exodous has started! And will b very surprised if it is on 7.... I hear walkerville, bordertown and moonta are clubs picking up at least two.... Walkies have signed 4 already.... All leaving with the common reason, the coach! To save the club maybe a new coach?

lloks like 15 is the magic number at the moment (combination of A & B Grade)

Who are the 4 names signed from Walkies? I know Klemasz has played previously at Walkerville, is he one of them?

Very strong rumour from my extremely relaible source that Gaza have lost 12 A grade players from their 2012 side. They are going to ask the 66 SAAFL clubs to vote on their request to play in Div 2 in 2013. Gepps Cross to stay up in Div 1. Will the clubs agree to this? Or will they make Gaza pay penance for pinching players from plenty of SAAFL clubs in recent years? Karma?

I reckon with Klemasz already signing with gaza, it might be hard for any club to get him
Interesting to see how much coin walkerville are throwing around for next year. Have heard the ridiculous amounts that some of their players were getting paid this year, and in previous years. And if what I have heard a couple have been offered is true (not 4 gaza players either by the way), then it looks like Salisbury North can finally get rid of the tag of being the biggest payer of players.
At least Salisbury North have been semi successful in div 1, and not be middle of the road in div 2.

Since when has the riverland been not country?

I don't hear of too many country footballers going to the city, is that because SAAFL clubs would rather clean each other out on 2 point players than get country players for 3?
Seems to be alot of one way traffic bought about by your own stupid points allocation system or am i missing an advantage you have by only allocating 2 points amongst yourselves?
