Any idea how Shane Lynch is going with players, would think they have to act quickly these days.. i wonder if they have any more money to spend next season, you would think local business' would be warming to the club by now...?
Have they been able to hang on to their few top line players? the lad who played association football etc (name escapes me sorry) surely he would have offers coming in or will his loyalty see him stay..?
I hope they can get some players and get back to at least where they were in 2010 with some wins on the board and respect in the comp...

Have observed that recruiting is moving along fast and furious, to borrow a cliche. Good, because that's what we need. The bloke you are talking about (assoc footy) is Tyler Harman, word is Willunga are chucking a fair bit of coin his way. From my viewpoint if he decided to go elsewhere, couldn't blame him - great player and deserves the chance to play some decent footy in a competitive team. Hope he stays with the Sharks but as far as I'm concerned he's already proved his loyalty to us by staying as long as he has. Absolute top bloke, can't say enough good things about him.
In regard to what you said about the local businesses warming to the club - watch this space. I don't know at all if I'm the right person to be putting this stuff forward, I'm new to this sort of thing, but I've got a few irons in the fire regarding club promotion and advertising - not blowing my horn, it's what I'm qualified to do. I've got contacts in the SANFL who have given me some good advice over the past few weeks, so I've got quite a few suggestions and plans to bring before the next AGM. A lot will depend on how many are willing to volunteer - and that doesn't mean just putting their hands up at the beginning, it means sticking it out throughout the year.

Good luck. Tough gig ahead at Shark Park for all concerned, but good club people can really change things quickly.
