Its $79 pre-order from EBs, but if you're ok to wait about a week after it comes out for it to arrive, its only $35.99 on ozgameshop.com, which is what I did last year and what ill do again this time.

Really im not so sure, everything i have read is the game has been streamlined so the casual player can pick up and play alot quicker and easier, without all the detail.

Im a stiffler for detail even if that means it takes me a month to play a season.

imho it looks as if they have cheapened the game so that someone can pick up and play a season with a couple of hours and then move on.

Ill probably wait and see on the reviews before purchasing.

No theyve made big changes to contract negotiations and stuff. Its actually even more in-depth than 2012.

What you've heard about is the Classic mode they've included, which is like a watered down version to get more people that dont really wanna do the hard yards like us.

Watch the videos on their website. It goes through all the changes in pretty good detail.

Finally back on Playstation Network and want to join an Australian league in Madden 13 Connected Careers. Ive found dedicated forums for leagues with American players, but id rather be in an All-Aussie league.

Is anyone part of one or keen to start one?

Rocksmith

Learn/play real guitar (or bass).
Dusted off the guitar I've had sitting around for ages and plugged it in.
Game seems pretty good so and overall public feedback (no pun intended) is very positive.
Hopefully I'll stick with it and actually learn some reasonable skills.

Just downloaded the demo for Football Manager 2013. I have 12 and this one is way sleeker. Straight off the bat you notice the improvements in the interaction with staff, players and the board. Then in-match, its sleeker, and you have more control over the match.

Its gonna take me a while to sit down and go through it all, but it seems amazing so far. Im a bit annoyed you cant start in the A-League in this demo, like you could last year. But theres a lot to tie me over before i get my copy.

I was going to get it yesterday then read some reviews and spoke to a mate that had brought it, basically everything was saying don't waste your money. I'll just wait for call of duty

I brought my laptop into work to play it at lunch and a guy here gave me a few pointers on how to use some of the mechanical things so I can make elevators and stuff.

Check this out. Its unbelievable what people can do.

Nah its not. But this guy had it planned for months. He's notorious for taking annual leave as soon as he accrues it...so he had to make a concious effort to not take any days off in the last 2 months to save up enough time.
