Wasn't up to scratch for AFL according to the Gold Coast, if he was they would of signed him up.
To be honest i think he just loves the attention & full of himself.

Wanted a Senior Assistant role, but only offered a Junior Assistant position. Why settle for less? Has the chance to go back-to-back now and consider more lucrative opportunities in twelve months time. You know it makes sense.

Norwood premiers. You know it makes sense. ;) We haven't gone back to back since 22-23!

Really makes me laugh all these comments about "ego ", " full of himself " etc.
WTF the guy has done a magnificent job pulling a club out of the shit in his first year, put in place even before that a juniour development program the envy of the nation, won a flag ( a bee's dick away from 2 ) and gave our club back the respect it so badly lacked prior to his arrival.
I think the man can be quite rightly proud and happy with his achievements but does that make him full of himself etc ect.
None of you pricks know the man and if you did you woulld know how totally off the mark your comments are. Nathan Bassett is a little different to some people but his love of and commitment to the Norwood Football Club can not be questioned.

Agreed he has done a wonderful job with Norwood but still has an ego.

His press conference before the grand final shows this perfectly.

Oh well.
