wouldn't have thought he'd be getting cleared anywhere then if that's the case.

Mypo: Eckermann, Bartlett, Schar, Albrechtsen, Robinson leaving. Reported few 'unknowns' returning - hardly the caliber of these guys.
Tailem: Wark, McDonald, Sharples, Sumner leaving. Don't expect Bowen to hang around either. Tailem are in BIG trouble.
Jervois: Ladhams x2 gone. No other rumours circulating.
Mannum: Will Tonkes, Hales, Bowles and Ribbons stay? Signed Clayton.
Meningie: King reported to have been sacked. McLeod gone. No other news?
Imps: Wait to Paskerville continues to be discussed in circles. Sumner to Imps.
Ramblers: Sykes, Girardi, Button, Dougall and others rumoured to be returning. No player losses to speak of at this point.

Wait will not go next year it will be the year after. Hales Bowles and Tonkes will stay they owe the club a bit they are far better than they performed last year and i guess they would, and should, prove a point to the doubters in this league.

How did Hales and Tonkes go this season? Were on a fair bit of coin from what I believe. Not too well I assume form your post there used to be?

If Wait gets the teaching transfer he is gone, if he doesn't he will stay. He will basically hold off until mid December before he can make a decision to go with either Imperials or Paskerville.
My mail is Bowen will stay as he's on too good a wicket to move.
Tonkes and Hales should be back, they will have learnt a lot from their first year of RMFL footy and another 10% from these guys may see the Roos odds become a little shorter.

Hales and Tonkes under performed , i seen them 3 times no 4 times last at Meningie in the final , they did not give a yelp. Not sure about the money but i would suggest they are not on much as they are only kids and learning the game. They are better than they showed this year and by all reports get on very well with the coach , i would say they would stay and prove they are good players in this competition. If they didnt stay Mannum wouldnt miss them much given the input , work rate , and generally getting the footy, from the 4 games i did see. Mannum need a full forward more than anything , their mid field next year nearly looks as good as ours so the ball will go forward a lot , last thing they need is for it to come back out without scoring as it did for most of last year. Is there trouble at Mannum?? , latest rumour is that the president has finished up , sacked i believe?? apparently drank all the red wine he donated to the club in the first place.

River Murray Football League talk

In regards to Micky Sumner returning to imps, seems he never knows where he's at, personally I don't understand how players can swap from one club to another in the same league.

If you play in a team that gets 2 wins a year and had a group of mates somewhere else who were genuine flag contenders, it could be easily justified.

Micky played for Imps before he was at Tailem. One of the reasons he went to Tailem was because of mates there in the O"Connell boys and a few others

Have heard the travel is now getting to Patty O'Neil and may see himself at one of the Barossa clubs for huge$$$$ in 2013!
Ramblers may even have to throw the kitchen sink at him to stay.

Interesting that one. O'Neil boys have been loyal servants, cannot blame them if they wanted a season or two $$.
