LOL oops beat me to it haha!

Only a matter of time until we break through.. at least by getting there we are at least giving ourselves a chance..

3 GF's on the trot though after being gifted a life line to stay in Grade 1 is a pretty good effort though i think, not to mention back to back B grade flags and having all 4 sides play finals the past couple seasons ;)

yep i would be more worried about clubs who havent been close 3 years in a row.

both SW and R&C are great ambassadors for PDCA and are a huge reason why this comp has a really decent reputation amongst other hard wicket comps.

I would much rather make 3 GF's and lose them than not be there at all. Even the week leading up, the semi final win, the final training session, the nerves before the game, that little moment of hope all outweigh the devastation of losing one.
F**k i wasnt missing the cricket much but now the season has started and the weather has been lovely i just wanna be out there. Missing the moment as your team takes a wicket and huddles up the most.

Don't know how many finals where I've got to the club around 9ish to start setting up by myself to get any problems dealt with early out of the way, usually lose a bail, the footy coach has taken all of the boundary markers home or someone's smashed some bottles on the pitch, I end up sitting there bored shitless from about 10:30 onwards waiting for the next player to rock up. :D

Loved being organized, I'd even get the line marker out and do the whole oval to avoid discrepancies.

i thinks grounds should have to do that anyway, rather than just have cone to cone, will make it easier for the fielders themselve who i think alot of the times are unsure.

But they don't supply arvo tea, bit disappointing considering there would a couple who would love their food in the Rosies team over the years. :(

Haha! Just think couple years back was Morton, stama, Harrison, Brookes, Bedgegood.. arguably the biggest and most un-agile slips cordon ever! More like a rugby forward pack than a cricket side lol

Why do you keep going on about clubs providing arvo tea

Craigmore didn't even have there bar open after we played them last year, never mind arvo tea

He just loves these forums and spreading SH!T so I asked him if he could refrain from posting our scores during a game and obviously hasnt got the plums to speak to me personally about it.
Cant wait until I see him next time to see what he has to say!!!!

had the "plums" to try and speak to you peronally tonight but you didnt respond to my attempts to contact you. apparently you could wait to see me next to see what I have to say.

I have in no way "spread SH!T" about the club or you personally so I dont see why it was necissary for you to unleash a PERSONAL attack on me. I would have happily had a conversation with you about this rather than posting it on a forum but apparently you werent interested in talking to me. If you change your mind about that, you have my number.

Going back when we were last in grade 1 all clubs supplied arvo tea, we supplied it last game to both sides and I was just seeing what other clubs offer it, our boys get hungry.....

the only reason our bar would be shut after a game is because there would be a private function in the clubrooms, unfortunately we dont have overall rights to our club rooms like EP mate.

I reckon we would've had 20 minute tea breaks back then aswell though. I agree with you though, it would increase the professionalism of the comp by having it.
