The big deal is that it was a "troll post"

No it wasnt, I was correct the meeting took place. Just wasn't the news that the player that told me was hoping for/believed would happen.

I always believed that Bass would only go to a big Melbourne club out of Carlton,Hawthorn, Collingwood or Richmond.
So I am stoked for NFC to keep him, his time at the "highest" level is yet to come.

I heard that Mark Riley has taken the Gold Coast job.
Andrew McLeod has turned down a job with Carlton so hopefully he will stay involved at Norwood aswell

There's a few posters here who'll be sad and upset at that news. :D

Apparently Bass wanted another year so he had an opportunity to get his players to wait at the top of the race for the opposition as they ran out.

So, Bass is a sheep? Next year, as he is now the hunted, he will need to be original. Back to Back is only for the elite.

He's going cutting edge next year and might get his players to warm up really close to the opposition.

Hang on a minute... :D
