Depends what you're after, even that review which is the only one in your favour you found (the many I haven't searched for but just stumbled across said the opposite) said "depending on how highly you value things like screen size, background multitasking, and maps".
I'd assume personalisation was a tie only because they took into account a jail broken Iphone, otherwise it would be the S3 by the length of Flemington straight.
And don't forget they should take off all the wins just for the very sake of having to use Itunes

, mind you I was suprised they called apps a tie as that's actually one of the few things I'd give in Apples favour, I suppose its a matter of quality v quantity but I do like the fact Apple quality control their apps to a degree.
Personally I highly value the background multitasking but the Iphone probably appeals to a person who can only do 1 thing at a time!

At the end of the day they're both great phones none the less but the fact you can do a lot more things on the Samsung is the winner for me, except for batttery life as I've thrashed the crap out of it for 15 months (had the same issue with my Iphone) my S2 still does everything I need from a phone, ironically one of the only selling points for an Iphone for me in the past was the smaller size and heavier weight but they've now gone bigger and lighter like a Samsung.
