Im not sure he would be to bothered, he is making runs and that is what he needs to do, whilst he would enjoy some team success as well, cricket can be a very individual game at times and by scoring 35-50% of a teams run an innings it will throw his name back up in the mixer for higher honours. Lets give them at least 2/3 games before we knock the Redbacks, ill eat my hat if im wrong but believe the backs will improve their 4 day cricket dramatically this season, especially if Putland stays fit (if he does higher honours MAY beckon)

I've got the faith too, lets see where that leads me

Ferguson's recent first and second innings scores make for interesting reading

2nd half of last season

2 & 62 (lost outright)
7 & 126 (lost outright)
14 & 79 (lost outright)
2 & 71 (lost outright)

and now 11 & 44...

It shows he can bat, but not when it matters the most.

Brod, do you have his career 1st vs 2nd innings first class stats? (I had to manually click on games in cricket archive to find those)

Welcome to the team miller. 1 and 0. Mentally weak debutants
