Can you do talkback so we can ask him some questions?

Food prices are resonable, $5.50 for a beer is not bad and you dont have to pay to park. At Elizabeth you get free secure parking within a minutes walk to the ground, there is always something for the kids to do yet opposition supporters stay away in droves and our own support is slipping.
AFL crowds are down and they have introduced 2 more teams.
Call it apathy if you like, but there are people like me who used to go regularly, years ago, and who are interested up to a point in the football, but only in the football.
I don't give a damn about the "facilities" or the beer, and therefore find myself wondering whether it is worth $14 to go.
I did go to a few matches at $10 in 2009, but was put off by a 40% hike in one year - I may have been OK with it if the rise had happened more gradually over several years...

At halftime of the Prelim today I was ckecking my mobile as you do, but quite by accident two female red coats were talking away right where I was near the old scoreboard. Anyway I picked up a nice juicey nugget for all you SANFL heads, they were rattling on about a game every week at Footy Park of SANFL as a stand alone fixture :o
I'm quite certain is wasn't AFL they were on about so won't that throw a huge spanner into the push for suburban finals and the crowd reasons for them, if the league goes retro and back to the 80's with neutral games at headquarters

Reckon its been on the agenda for awhile.
Cut the comp back to 8 teams.
Play everyone 3 times, 1 home, 1 away and 1 at AAMI

Can't play at AAMI - 3rd game is alternated each 2nd year between the two teams re a second home game.

What's stopping that system from changing? I reckon it's a reasonable idea to have the 3rd game at Adelaide Oval if it can fit SANFL games into its schedule or maybe even at West Lakes.

Two ladies in red coats were discussing this! You get all the good oil mate.

Did they mention anything about interest rates or the price of fuel?

At long last the penny drops, I have been saying that since the Power got into the shit big-time finacially

Lets just make sure it happens via a massive e-mail campaign to both our club CEO's and the new CEO of the SANFL

the guy is a tool, just heard him on the radio, they were talkking about playing finals away from footy park, his reasoning to stay there is because it's a great stadium with a great playing surface & great catering! BUT the atmosphere is shithouse!! which he denied, said the atmosphere was great too! If teams don't play there during the year at all, they aren't going to miss all those wonderful features one iota!

It might be "great facilities" but they are denied to loyal SANFL club home match & season ticket holders who are rewarded for their loyalty by being denied access to the prime seating area in the stadium in the Members Reserve on the Western Wing, instead being dispatched to behind the goals or the eastern wing with the sun in their eyes.

Yeah "great facilities", most supporters down the southern side last week, northern grandstand was closed and where do you think they had the bar open? Yep, that's right, the northern end. Complete idiots. You wonder if they do sh!t like that on purpose as you'd hope noone could possibly be that stupid.
