Correct...rained for the best part of the entire morning and was raining quite a lot throughout the game.

There was a few showers in last years GF too.

Always think of that Scarlett toe poke pass to Ablett when I remember that game, one of those great GF moments.

Yep- although hell would have broken lose if chappy missed that goal as bartel was to left of chappy with plenty of space screaming for the handball!

Hope this years GF brings another moment for the ages!

I hope the swans win it because:

- Sydney are no frills, good honest side, never really rated by anyone, they always respect opposition (I hate show ponies)
- They dont flex their muscles to the crowd and prance around
- Heath Grundy being a mate and a Modbury Footy Club product
- Would hate to see 'mummas boy' Gunston get a premiership medal

But really I just want a cracker game, tough contested footy and some moments we can add to the 'greatest AFL/VFL Grand Final Memory' thread.... bring on the best day of the year!!!!!!
