the problem for some time has been that our top 6 needs to score 120+ extra runs than the opponents top 6, as our bottom 5 crumble for about 30 and our opponents tail has been known to score massive.
The death penalty can never be excused as it allows a state a means by which it can pick and choose who is fit to live and who isnt
