To put this to rest, payments got held back during the year when the club ran into a bit of strife. Payments are being made now but you can't obviously pay it all off in one hit.

Some players even said they didn't want their money in order to help out the club.

Pretty sure no one was thinking about it during the three days of celebrations :drinkers: :drinkers: :drinkers:

between you and them 2 P.N.U clowns if you just be up front and honest you wouldnt look like fools i actually have a friend who did play A grade all year did sign a contract and i know he really does need the cash its great you won the flag but when you pay for a service or pretty much employ players to play you would think the club would be forth coming.....from what i have heard its only 1-2 players who didnt actually mind not being paid seems like a scam offer the moon to players they deliever yet no $$$$$$$$

1. You have no friends.
2. Did you not read? Payments are being made. Everyone will get everything that is owed to them. Club has been very open and upfront. Just not toPooraka c graders who shouldn't be sticking their noses in.

Easy way to settle this... Kilburn vs Pooraka.....at dawn....Airport Stadium..... Loser to pay all accounts.........

Quote of the week from Grass Roots; TJ to the div 8R medalist from PAOC:

TJ:what kind of role does Peter Carter play at the club?

Medalist: I would never have even heard of him if I hadn't won a medal!

Just remember pooraka did beat kilburn once this year. You could just charge a $15 entry fee to all players and club officals to cover the payments.

Still the only team to lose to pooraka. But in saying that it was probably the thing that gave kilburn the drive to not lose another game

I knew someone watched the show :D ...assuming it makes it through final edit this week there is some spectacular footage (not of you Shrek). With Kilburn 3 goals up in the 3rd quarter "Chuck" Molyneaux competes for a contested ball, puts in a second effort, lays a tackle with a third effort causing a spillage and blocks a SMOSH kick with an effective smother causing a second spillage with the ball falling to a fellow Chic who slots through what would ultimately be the game breaking goal. I knew he could kick, dodge, weave, mark and control clearances but his grunt work as well IMO made him the best player in Div 3 this year. The footage will not be supported by audio i dont believe which is a shame because the supporting voice being given by TBS was just as important as Chucks magic ;)

Wrong.......They lost the next two matches to Pembroke and Salisbury.......Actually!!!!

I can see why you would want to claim a "Claytons" victory....but I bet no one in the 'A's sang the Club song in 2012.

I think he would be worth what he is paid, or around the mark. Every time I have been to PNU Macca is behind the BBQ or helping the canteen or doing something that most A grade coaches wouldnt do.
