Incorrect. Every club worth their salt has a succession plan in place as far as leadership goes. Merely the passing of the baton. We at PV give our many premiership captains the respect & appreciation they fully deserve. ;)


Correct me if I'm wrong Goatherder, heard there was a bit of unrest with a few of the vista players with the captaincy?
Batting in the wrong spots, not bowling , fair enough u get this a all clubs but these players were quality players....don't shoot the messenger!



I would shoot the messenger as his 'mail' couldn't be further off the mark, Vinesy to my knowledge was told mid season that he would be taking over, Cuz offered to stand down and pass the baton as part of the succession plan, few clubs could take a good look at this and put similar practices in place and stick to them!!

I think we used more players than any other side last season, so we need all we can get. And I'll believe all these players are suiting up for us when I see it.

would struggle to make the "B Grade" side of both these teams..it is a big step up from playing where he has in previous years :p
