Another great choice by Jervois. Who in their right mind would pay an unproven coach 25k a year?

Same deal as Chris!! Gets the money if he plays or not, but is expected to play! 3 Years is incorrect tho. My mail is 1 with an option for 2 if both parties are still keen (that means they wont advertise)

Surely not !!!

Karn the Chooks, so many excuses by the imps fans today, obviously they would never lose a game without half their side missing!

But I do recall being told last year to not make excuses so.....

Suck my farts!!!

Congratulations to Ramblers, the game never lived up to any great heights. Now we know our opponents for next week. Browny has the boys working exceptionally hard on the track with the limited match time over the last month.

Wouldn't have thought so, Yeates was on a 2 year deal. I did see Terry Connolly in the ear of a high profile roo that they are chasing to possibly coach the eagles.

Someone did say he and Diddles Harvey were deep in discussion. No doubt, Diddles retirement and passion to coach would make him a person certainly worth speaking to.

I heard Jervois offered a ruckman from Willaston $1500 a game. That combined with the Gowans, Coulter and White's salary. BIG $$ going out.

It's all jam and scones up for grabs this weekend for this humble league. Hope Mypolonga's form is enough to stand up in the big dance and not be to overwhelmed by the occasion and more seasoned Roosters. Big week for Biffboy and Footyhead.
