Wouldn't consider it an upset. They've been a top two team all year and only lost the Semi-Final by three points. Going to be a great game and I'll probably head along to watch this one.

Anyone who considers TTG winning even a minor upset has not watched much of Div 7 and bases their entire opinion on ladder in the Sunday Mail newspaper.

I said before the semi that it's a 50/50 game and each team should be $1.90 and got howled down by posters on here. Turns out I was on the money with a 4 point result. Make no bones about it, they should have beaten us in that semi. A couple of better decisions, a pinch of fitness and a dash of luck would have seen them straight into the grand final.

The game being played away from Mitchell Park really should tip the scales in TTG's favour. Perhaps it should be an upset if Mitchell Park get up!

Morell is closer, $1.90 each is the right. The team that brings their best game will win. It's a 50/50, so odds should be even.

Fair call there carey!!! Over the course of the year MP would have to be seen as the favourites no matter how slight that might be...And thats not judged on ladder positions rather the year in general up to this point for both teams...Think the odds are spot on.

I know MP dont want to put extra pressure on themselves which is fair enough and its easier to deflect that by down playing your chances but when you have the season you boy's have had then expect to become the hunted..

Good luck as I said should be a cracker....

I have seen 12 quarters of Mitchell Park Vs Tea Tree Gully football (plus every other MP game and another 8 quarters of TTG) this year and I am telling you guys, there is nothing between the teams. Whoever plays better on the day will win the game.

There should be no favouritism, neither team has a distinct advantage over the other. Each has enough firepower up front, each has a strong and deep midfield, each has a committed and focussed defence.

There is nothing in it.

$1.90 each. Anything over those odds for TTG get on board.

In a real market, the odds would be closer to that of carey's. No way would they be at evens. Given that MP have been favourites all year, to have their odds push out to $1.90 would put a bookie at risk of massive losses.

On paper though, 21 vs 21, this looks like it could be among the tightest GFs to be played on Saturday.

even with 2 days to go you are still pushing this line morell..you are determined i will give you that!..you are the faves..have been all year..havent lost to them in 3 games including you giving them a 6 goal start and reeling them in 2 weeks ago..had the 2 week break..got players back from injuries..the leading forward/forwards in the division..you are an A grade and they are a C grade..able to place any good B graders into your 22 if you need..just accept your role as the top dog and TTG as the underdog..if the shoes fits wear it with pride..good luck for saturday

I would put a hundred on Mitchell Park @ $1.75

Moot point anyway, I'll be going for TTG as it would be good to see my mate try and fit a premiership medal around his Meganeck.
