What Grand Finnal rivalry ?

Probably about three Grand Final meetings in the last fifty years, massive GF rivalry.

You think ? If you go back and look at crowds as an indicator for rivalry you might find Norwood /Port isn't the be all and end all .

I would love a Norwood V Port GF now , it would be a novelty.

I don't think, I know. The three biggest GF crowds post 2 AFL sides from SA have involved Port in all of them and 2 of them were Port vs Norwood and if you want to go back further to 1990 the top 3 GF crowds in that time also involved Port. So yes the SANFL would crack a major stiffy if it was to be a Port v Norwood GF in 2012 but as mentioned probably a silly thread

All Grand Finals are fantastic irrespective of so called rivalry between the older established clubs who have been missing over the last twelve years the Central v Norwood 2010 GF was fantastic only one kick in it also the Central v Eagles 2011 was fantastic only one kick in it great rivalry i think.
