Kory Beard finished the day on crutches for the Magpies, looks like an ankle injury, perhaps?

Well done Maggies! The 18s won aswell so the reserves let us down missing out on 3 wins for the day.

West are just showing off.... as far as i am concerned they are not good enough to just drop a game or 2 where ever they feel like it.... they think they are in the top 3 and that they can do anything unlike a Norwood or Centrals who know if they do lose a game that they wont keep that trend up beyond a week. If West go into the finals in losing form they will get smashed no 2 buts about it.
West still has to understand that finals is a different game

One which season do you base this confidence in Norwood and their continued good form in finals, and how old were the current players in that season?

Watched a bit of the game today between Geelong goals and at half time, I've seen West 3 times this year, they are clearly the worst side in the competition on what I've seen.

You stated "unlike a Norwood or Centrals".

On what did you base this?

Clearly you have no idea, Wedgie. How can they be the worst team. They will finish third. We probably wont get the chance to play North because they will be out at 3.00pm aftet the Elimination

I really don't know how to write it much clearer, Ive seen them for 2 and a half game and they were terrible and never looked like winning in any of those. Every other team in the competition have looked like winning a game when I've seen them and usually have. I didn't say they were the worst side in the competition, obviously they've done better in the many games I haven't seen, well I'd hope so anyway. West might well end up higher on the table than North but they will have more losses in the finals than North, no doubt about that.
