does the rinsing mouth with salt water trick work for alsers....
coz if not i dont wanna taste that crap anymore

I had some virus that gave me ulcers all over my tongue and the dr said to gargle with chlorhexidine mouthwash, but that s*** is 10x worse than salt water. I ended up buying an anaesthetic mouthwash instead - don't know if it helped with the healing, but it numbed the inside of my mouth so I couldn't feel the ulcers any more. :)

At least you said "accidently" and aren't screaming cops and law suits like every other bastard who gets belted on the footy field lately.

Shows you're tough Johno ;)

Good argument for a mouthguard? ;)

I never wore one, I'd sooner have one tooth knocked out rather than several in one transaction. Besides, where I come from teeth are apparently over-rated and an optional accessory.

Mate I get mouth ulcers a fair bit from a reccurrence of herpes (story for another time) but in all honesty get yourself some Kenalog. It is a steroid paste for ulcers and clears up those bad boys in no time!

Got kneed in the face once and knocked out. Chipped a tooth through the mouthguard. Who knows what mangled mess might have resulted if I wasn't wearing one?!

I never wore one either, I tried several times to wear one but found that they would dry my mouth out and spend more time looking for a water bottle than the bloody ball

I've seen mouthguards take a few teeth out in one hit, I'd say there are more reasons to wear one than to not wear one though, I'm just a bit stupid.

Did the same a few years ago, they quoted $2400 for the exact same flights that I ended up booking myself online for $1700.

Buying some awful Kiwi beer at the BWS because it was $12 for a six-pack. Drank one. Can't come at the rest, it's like beer with goon in it. :ymsick:
