TWE - there were plenty of boys who missed out on a B grade game in selection last night, and a fair few would have been walk up starts in the B's last year. Widdo is back and training the house down, I think Greg is still a couple of weeks away? A few changes in the A's but nothing really.

My advise is to checkout the C grade tonight and have a look at the amount of B grade blokes there will be trying to bust back into the side.

This can only be a good thing for the Thunderers!

On that subject...will the 4 clubs have their B grade coaches at the C grade game? Or is the c grade coach to report to the B's coach to let him lnow which players are worth another shot in the magoos?
Would love to see the first games tonight, but TRANQUILO RESTAURANT makes its debut...maybe they can sponsor Lofty's C grader BOG????

Mate you are pissed. you write like it too.

Forgot about those other clubs. We've got Port in there too. And if Pahly was still around, there'd be Glenelg. That's a clean sweep in my books! Go you Mt Lofty Crows! The team for all South Australians.

We just need heaps of grannies with NFI about footy, and we really would be the AFC!!!

LVIS, the King is DEAD you idiot. Lay off the sleeping pills and no-dose and lose some weight.

Metcalf and Bucher!!!! F*** me silly!

The Natives are BACK!!!

Just needs Blacky, Stevo, Fats and yourself JQ and it would be back to the old school B's.

Throw in Westy claiming he should be playing A grade and one could be excused for thinking it's 1999!

Word is Blacky and Stevo will be making appearances later in the season.
Stevo and Rushton were a force in defence back in the day

Rushy the flying bloodnut! Played better when he was blind or hungover than if he was straight!

Cerns the dirty sniper should make an appearnace too - nobody's kidneys would be safe.

What about Plugger? Would kick a bag at FF!

Is CES (the real CES - not his brother) in the country? He was great value.

Ha ha! Classic. You're spot on, DA.
2Words - nah, mate. I'll be checking out opening night of Tranquilo. Will be out at Cabbage Land tomorrow though.
I'll play C's only if they're short, real short!

Unless Tommy Deans is playing tonight, I'm not going to bother watching!
Massive Mt Lofty C Grade news....
Jarred"Jazza" Elliot has broken his hand and will not be able to play tonight. He has put his good hand up to run drinks, boundary and goal umpire.

DA.. you might be interested to know that the said Westy has actually been playing for Macclesfield A-grade the past couple of weeks. Talk about having more clubs than Tiger Woods. Or is it a case of spreading his unfulfilled 'true' ability around as many teams as possible? Have heard whisper than even Tubbs may make an appearance in Super Cs later in season. Should be worth the admission (free) to see one of the all=time legends in B. Anderson pull the boots back on tonight. Wonderful thing technology, bright-as-day lighting, I reckon they didn't even have power when the big fella last played!

Westy finally got his A grade guernsey........well done to the big fella.

Tubbs in the C's hey? Great to see him back in the candy stripes.

And Chunder needs to get his arms strapped to his body so his stat sheet doesn't rack up more shoulder dislocations than posessions!!! Good luck Champ!!
