Ironbank dropped off in 17's - i thought they would push for the flag. Also i thought Blackwoods 17's might struggle ( maybe some new players to the woods )

Unlike what you just did CF. =D>

lofty oval is prob the best ive ever seen it also ron good call. no wet spots last night, think most of the hills ovals wouldve welcomed the heavy rain recently..

yeh weve got him out and playing up here, will have to read the budget this week to find out who it is, or if can be bothered read back about 30 pgs or so. awesome skills even in the heavy wind last night.
VOTE1 Tom Maslin for the seat of MAYO!!

A lot of young players stepping up for the 17's at Ironbank. A fair few of them played in the country division side last year too and they may be taking time for them all to gel together along with the new coach.

Only one that I know of, might be two but the kid I know of who went to Blackwood goes to Blackwood High so I'd say that might have something to do with it.

Can anyone tell me why there are 8 rounds instead of 9 in C grade. I thought this would be an easier one to get the draw as even as possible with only four teams.

Blackwood yet to play anybody decent in under 17s yet, see how they will go against Barker and Hahndorf who are supposed to be the pace setters this year.
Ironbank dont seem to be looking like the force of previous years, seem to be lacking stars like Flaherty or a Thomas

Good to see some good weather rolling in for this weeks round, last week wasn't fun. Tips for the week-
Hahndorf over Birdies- but give em hell rooster and you'll give em a good scare though.
Blackwood will thump Bridgey and kick them when they're down (Is Kluzek back this week or next ron?- it won't alter the result though it'll just be a bit closer).
Onka's will punish Barker- these two sides will feature on an Industry Super Funds commercial later in the year with Onkas pushing up and up, Mt Barker down and down.
Uraidla and Lofty- draw, I'm sitting on the fence just like i hopefully will be at swamp road on saturday. Will be a great game though with Lofty coming off a loss and Uraidla approaching the game like their opponents f&%#$d their wives! I'd imagine that's how a grand final loss would compare.
Ironbank to squeeze past Lobey on their big deck- these two teams will be fighting for fifth in a few months.

i agree about the weather last weekend was no fun for anyone
the crouts over the cocks by atleast 10 goal
blackwood to pump bridgey by 15+
onkas will destroy barker 15+
lofty over the cabbage cutters just 3 goals in the grand final reply
the thunders over lobey by 5 goals
