Jack is 21 years old and is a good size at 200cm and 90kg (according to the Budget - I think he may be 5 or 6kg heavier than that?)

Has come on in leaps and bounds in the last 2 or 3 years, especially once he got over the disappointment of not getting picked up in the draft a few seasons ago.

He was a string bean ruckman at Under 18 level, represented SA and back then, to my knowledge, was being closely looked at by Hawthorn and North Melbourne.

Has improved his work rate around the ground, sharpened the skills up and now he has beefed up a bit, doesn't back out of winning his own footy.

I'd suspect AFL clubs would be having another look at him and with taking on the responsibility of leading the ruck, that challenge has seen Jack vastly improve.

Sorry mate ;)

But I wouldn't think AFL recruiters would do their scouting on a forum :)

Dogwatcher wrote:BP, when Thommo got collected, there was a lot of noise from over the fence. Was it Bays supporters having a crack at him for being soft, or was it our lads letting the Bays player know they didn't appreciate the hit on Thommo? Either way, it would be unfair.

Where does Sutherland fit into the mix now? I know the fans love him but with Hannath flying, he's only a second ruckman (which is appropriate), is Milne good enough to be number 2?

Not sure mate, was hard to tell from up the back of the stands with my head down doing stats...

Probably watch the replay later tonight or in the morning, will let you know when I have another closer look at it...

Have heard Pumpa's season might be done now with the knee injury he sustained last week. Not sure that Milne did enough to cement his spot as number 2 today, either...

Two weeks in a row he's had a chat over the fence. It doesn't look great.

Central should have won by a lot more ... Bays got a few goals in junk time in the last.

The Bays will struggle to win another game this year unless they start pulling their fingers out ... down on confidence on they're not backing themselves as they did at the start of the year.

I thought Centrals were very ordinary today and their skills very down on their usual high standard, but have time to improve before the finals.

Pathetic crowd today ... less than 3,000 I think.

Sound like Power supporters whining when Crows people dont turn up to their showdown.....worry about your own supporters and dont rely on us to turn up to make up your numbers at the bay
