Are some people taking the piss, have bad memories, confusing bad player with someone they didnt like or are just plain stupid?

Barry Brooks was 15 in 2001..at number 9 though in the SUPER DRAFT (27 places ahead of Sam Mitchell) was..Luke Molan (taken by Melbourne)

Cameron Roberts, think at the time when Geelong drafted him from North Adel he was going to be the next Wayne Carey.

David Loats was worse! Cameron Thurley also deserves a dishonourable mention and we offloaded him to North.

Good pick up brod, I didn't do my research there, knew he was a first round pick though.

Hawks had a couple of shockers in the top 10 a few years back.
Reckon Mitch Thorp and Beau Dowler were both around 5-6.
Tambling at pick 4 was a joke.
In the modern era the 2003 draft was ordinary, David Trotter, Raph Clarke and Kane Tenace all in Top 10.
