ROUND 18 VS GEELONG

Postby the joker » Wed Jul 25, 2012 3:04 pm

massive game this week, win this and the crows should not drop lower than second in the last 6 games,
it is going to be a huge challenge with the cats only losing 2 of the last 30 at Kardinia, skilled, shell, simmons stadium
Geelong regain Jimmy Bartel but lose Matty Scarlett
we Lose Tippett for one with his concussion, he will spend the week end resting on the Gold Coast and come back for the Essendon game, and Andy Otten (who was outstanding on his return) will miss 6 to 8 weeks after an OP on his PCL on the Knee he had Reconstructed, but his ACL is fully intact
My Prediction Crows by 16
I love vegatarian food. It goes great with steak.

Would have been great to have Tippett in this week with a Geelong side minus Scarlett. I think with JJ and Walker up forward is going to be a tough ask for Geelong. They still have Taylor and the other backman (can't think of his name) but Scarlett is what makes that backline.

Petrenko has already come out and said he wants Enright. I have loved how Sando has used him this year and reckon he will keep Enright quiet.

Key to the match is Sauce giving our midfielders first use of the ball and get it in quick to our forwards. Porps is in great form and showing signs of his 2009 form which is like having another tall forward.

Crows by 4 or 5 goals.

I'm tipping Lynch to come in for Otten, 35 disposals last week in defense for Glenelg should see him come back in

Sauce in doubt with hammy soreness..... big loss if he doesnt play and makes the midfield battle very even!

Definately a big loss if he misses.

Jenkins would have to ruck on his own and Lynch play FWD... dont think Jenks is up to rucking more than what he does

Adelaide now said McKernan is on standby and has the all clear to play.
