Former Australia Twenty20 skipper Cameron White has re-signed with Melbourne Stars but has stepped down as captain.

Leg-spin great Shane Warne, who played with the Stars last season but is yet to commit to a new deal, is now expected to be named as captain of the Big Bash League (BBL) team
