Tonights stage could of been a lot better if it had of been 30km shorter and thus getting rid of all that flat road after the last mountain.
Wonder if any GC contenders are gonna do kamikaze attack on the last mountain, Nibali & Evans are very good descenders.
Wed & Thur are brutal stages so i think they will wait till then but lets see what happens.

I can only imagine that BMC have sent Gilbert on the attack with a view to help Cadel on that final flat section if he does break clear of Wiggins. Sagan might again be trying to do double duty up the road. Firstly to get sprint points, secondly to help Nibali down the track. The benefit I guess that breakaways would have is it would be Sky only trying to pull them back. I don't think we'll see them on a win or bust move, but they'll probably have a look at it.

Seems like Wiggins has slowed to a standstill waiting for Evans, but how long can they wait? Rolland is riding away (I really hope he had no idea at the time, but why keep going?) and moving up the overall standings as a result.

BMC have busted their backsides to get moving. I expect they'll ally with Sky and try to smash Rolland over the last 10km.
