What a kick last night, really happy to see him kick that and hopefully shut some of the doubters up.... Average AFL player now, still improving though...

That kicked has just made every cent of his sign on fee money well spent. The advertising they will get from that kick alone has paid his way, I'm sure the media gurus are already working on it.

Poochera 3rd's could end Richmond's season- hell, I'm sure even Richmond press the self-destruct button if they look like succeeding!

I'm sorry. Karmichael Hunt kicked a goal that any AFL player should be able to kick.

I'll give him that a lot of players in that position have crumbled under pressure, and he did not.

But it was a 35 metre kick from a slight angle.

Not going to start polishing a Charlie.

The game being in FNQ and Hunt doing as he did will ensure AFL is all over the papers North of Brisbane this week, and that wouldn't happen too often. The AFL couldn't have asked for more from that game.

Well done to Hunt, like MP said, the goal had to be kicked, but cmon MP, live the fairytale for a moment. It made more great theatre and even better publicity for the AFL. Also shows Hunt has not only polished his skills up but how to read the game, he was in the right spot at the right time. Great centreing kick from the young lad on the boundary, might I add.
PAFC. Forever.

You give that same kick to Tom Hawkins and he misses 5 times out of 10, and he is a seasoned AFL player. Think the point everyone is making MP is that the gamble is really starting to show signs of promise. K.Hunt is by no means going to take the AFL world by storm but he is showing enough that he will develop the same as a 18yo draftee.
