In DT I am looking at taking a punt this week by trading out Golby & James Mcdonald and bringing in Goodes and Yarran. The punt is not trading out Franklin and having too field Patton. At Yarrans price he looks a bargain if he can continue his recent form.

I had Yarran last season, very inconsistent that man but can post a big score!
Ill be holding on to buddy and fielding patton in his place, lets hope patton gets a kick this week

I was thinking the exact same thing. I think something clicked for him last week and we will see the Yarran of old for the rest of the season.

When Goddard is back he would become my 7th defender and it will be those big scores I hope to be the difference in a few games.
Doing these trades this week should hopefully allow me to hold onto Buddy and just upgrade a Devon Smith next week possibly.

I like Fritz, he's snuck up in price too, he pops up with a decent score every now and then and doesn't have the stinker weeks like most GWS players.

Can not work out what I want to do with my SC side. Keep Franklin or get rid of him? Thinking possible Outs Franklin, Treloar Ins Swan and Goodes. With my lack of trades left makes this even harder....

Have faith in the guys you have to get it done. Last year in the finals I had three visits from the General and one LTI in Pav over the four rounds. :) I was so glad I had trades to cover these as they occurred. One Grand Finalist in Div 2 came from 8th.

IM thinking Waters to Scotland and Franklin to Sidebottom. Leaves me 70k as well and 2 trades left. Goddard to come back next week and the likes of Zorko, Gibson, Horlsey on the bench - not to mention crouchy who finally gets a crack after being my DPP link

Play Zorko and save a trade if you can. If you are top eight hold fire on Franklin. If you are struggling to avoid relegation or trying to battle into the top eight (like me) go agressive.

I will have a donut if I dont make 1 trade in my FWD's. If I could fill a full team I would not be so concerned.

Settled on trading out Black (NM), moving Johnson (FREM) FWD and brought in Yarran to cover my donut in the FWD's.

That was true but it proves it can be done.
By the way as a slow starter and fast finisher how many trades do you have left, and how many do you plan for your finals campaign?
I have just looked at my team last year and it was significantly better than this year with the same number of trades used which allowed me to finish top, however, I was also looking at overall score to try to qualify for the Champions league that way.
