Adelaide Radio.

Got so fed up with it the other day that I plugged the iPhone in my car and listened (streamed) to a station in Austin, Texas!!!!!

Played great music too!! :D

My signed up house buyer asking for a pest inspection which is fair enough.
Pest inspector says while at my house absolutlely no sign of pests anywhere in the house , garden ,shed or rumpus room.
Buyer recieves report 6 hours before cooling off period finishes and it says
" no sign of any pests at all but as the property is so close to the Adelaide Hills we would suggest an $1800.00 termite treatment before buying"
WTF my house is 1 street from the beach at Seacliff.
All hell beaks loose.

The only place I lived in that had a white ant problem was at Prospect - and nearly every house in that street had them over several years.

Tuneln radio?? Best app going around....listen to GOT radio which plays nothing but alternative 90's.
