Jugs and others having a crack at the Plympton blokes, above is the offending quote to which the Bullies have been referring to.

Surely, you can't blame them for reminding someone of a fairly big claim made about a future meeting between the two sides?
Saint put it on the line, sadly it didn't pan out for him.

Oh Dogwatcher it did pan out for Saints,he had a win,he just doesn't get up a 8 to play footy anymore.

I see you're sitting top. Got anyone lined up this season to play the whole year and get dropped for an underage player for the GF this year?

Aaaaand in that game like yourselves we were very undermanned, missing our Fullforward and our full back Tex Walker who is prob the best FB in the comp, So ol Hobbsy might have his work cut out for him this week ;)

Dont ever forget a C grade side is only as good as what the As and Bs leave you, we are all at the mercy of injuries and availability of players higher up. Making silly predictions about games is bound to make you look like a goose

I agree with you on this comment Duncs, I have had the frustration with this over the last week and might continue with that this week.

It can very much work in your favour though at the right time of the year if your A's and B's both make the finals and nearly everyone is available. C grade sides can find themselves getting some pretty handy players that may not have played C grade at all during the year.

The key is to do the best you can with what you've got and hopefully get into a good position to have a crack at the flag with some players coming back.

It's a fine line that balancing act.

Don't think we'll be worrying about our A grade playing finals this season, though ;)

Really looking forward to tomorrow's game. Playing with a bloke who I haven't been on the same field with since 1995 - can't wait for that.
