Wristwatcher, what is happening out at PNU? I was expecting them to be doing a lot better this year. I know they're (sort of) equal third, but their percentage is struggling, with a leaky defence.
Strong, tight comp in D3 I know, but I was expecting PNU to be a much stronger chance for promotion back to D2. I know they're still alive, and not too far off the top two, but I think they would need to improve by a fair bit to contend with Kilburn, SMOSH or Seaton, or even Athelstone going on last weeks result.

The only thing that could stop them is over confidence or cockiness. Interesting considering how they were a couple of years ago. Well done to turn it around.

A Graham kicked a goal too. Watch out if he starts to sneak up forward!

He also missed a set shot from 15m out, directly in front! Worst kick at goal in amateur league

C'mon buddy! Was at least 35m on an angle.

was probably being generous saying 15m! can't deny that you were on a tough 2-3 degree angle though

Kilburn are the most talked about team in the comp as the standouts for favourtism regardless off their points stuff up but are they getting ahead of themselves?
I did hear today they ( Kilburn ) were very cocky last week after beating Seaton & let loose with a big verbal sprays to the Seaton players & supporters, well that sort of sh!ts always going to come back & bite you in the arse when you don't want it to, you'd think their coach Jamie Thomas wouldn't be impressed with that sort of crap.
In a very even Div3 comp this year & to all i've spoken to predicting Kilburn to take it out, i'm thinking cocky Kilburn are giving 5 other teams a big show of taking it out the big prize, its just hard to predict which one of these sides at this stage deserve to.

Apparently photos are doing the rounds of Seaton celebrating their win over SMOSH with "no 1 fingers" being displayed like they just won the premiership! Have they printed off premiership tshirts too early again at the car park?

Yes I have also seen it Big Shrek, a bit over the top one would think. Impressive win, but surely you'd be trying to keep a lid on it in July.

Having no depth and only being 2 games clear of 6 spot I think it's a bit early to celebrate.

been checking how the Riverland boys are going at Athelstone and that competition looks tight without knowing the teams. Are Athelstone any chance of holding their spot in the 5 - would like to come to Adelaide and watch a few amateur finals this year and catch up with some Riverland blokes

Fair chance as they hold equal 3rd with 3 other teams with a 4% advantage over 4th and 10% advantage over 6th and the only other teams they play that are above them are Seaton. Their real danger game is in the last round against Kilburn.

I was at Kilburn and didn't hear anyone give Seaton players or spectators a spray. You were at Seaton and didn't see the finger.

What does that tell you?
