The Labor Party are doing their best at the moment to ensure I vote against them... Good grief, what a laughing stock. What next? Amanda Blair for Kingston?

She has my vote, but then again I vote Labour anyway. It is good to see some goodlooking females in politics instead of that tosser Andrew Southcott.

As much as I dont mind putting the boot into Labor at times :D I can honestly say that she would have my vote over Andrew Southcott Liberal.

I lived for eight years in St Marys in that electorate and like any safe seat, it is given little regard by the government as far as spending goes. Case in point being the complete lack of an "On Ramp" for the Southern Expressway. Aside from the issue of it being a stupid one way reversable road, they further sucked back funding by not having a ramp to drive on at Darlington over South Road, leaving massive queues of cars to line up and blow pollution all over while waiting to get on the expressway.

I think she writes well and is passionate about what she belives in, so who knows, maybe she could well knock Southcott off his perch! 8)

Australia's answer to Anna-Nicole Smith has embarked on a self-interest platform into politics. Whereas we're currently in the "fortunate" position of only being presented her diatribe weekly, she'll be looking for more regular platforms for airing her anti-male green left views.
I was tempted to vote "yes" to the question, to set her up for a fall, but had to vote no- if she gets in, would probably be the Tipper Gore of South Australia...

I am guessing she has a spot in the local rag there in Adelaide. That would explain this outpouring of disbelief from everyone on here, and why I am in the dark. What is it that she does that is so irksome?

not only that, C9 aired parts of her fist interview with the media regarding this topic and she had NFI  what the hell's going to happen if she makes it to Canberra? Also admitted to voting for the current sitting member who she is going to try and defeat.

Interesting to note that the online poll is slowly turning to no after the yes camp jumped out to a comfortable lead earlier this afternoon

If I was a labor voter, I would be very disappointed with this announcement. I have never met her so I don't really know, but she comes across as a such a stereotypical feminist bimbo in her Sunday Mail articles.

Disgrace

Postby redden whites » Sun Apr 29, 2007 10:43 pm

I am embarrassed by this. Not going to change my vote but am going to formally change electorates so I do not have to lower myself and vote for that. The most token effort since SMART for NORWOOD and I thought that was going to be the lowest thing I had ever seen .I stand corrected.

She was very ordinary on 5AA this morning, asked about her previous community/volunteer work in the electorate and she said "I shop at Marion and my daughter goes to Child Care in the electorate"...FFS...she has no credability at all and yet a couple of heads on here have already said she will get their vote  just becuase they dont like the Liberal candidate....my bet is she would be miles worse!!!!

Im admire Cornesy but I cant believe he would be happy with this deep down...she is going to make a fool of herself...

As for Rudd...he is trying to win the popular vote for short term gain, long term this will be a disaster for Rudd
