i have based it on what they have brought to clubs,changed at clubs or what direction they are taking clubs
some have had good results on field and some are heading their clubs so that they can get good results

Im with Informer on this one! Dutchy hasn't set the world alight this year with CU, infact im sure they were registering better performances last year. From what I seen earlier in the year, the general feel and culture around the club doesn't appear much if at all different...

i have seen and heard what dutchy is doing at the club and like others clubs it will take time
but the cufc i watched in the second half on saturday was a totally different club to the one i had known
even to the point that when a few spectators wanted to give it the old fashion way they did things they were quickly put in their place by their own spectators
that is a great start and they will reap the results
not every club can go out and buy teams but he as a few of the other teams have gone about it from education and teaching a new culture

Number 25 Heritage Guensey did not require washing

We auctioned off the 21 playing guernsey's from Saturday, they were made especially for this match and no one was allowed to see them before they were used.
They looked alright, a lot like our usual ones with some writing commemorating our 100th year, number 19 went for $4000.

Coming from Ingle Farm and what i seen from them you must be kidding me Phantom? Feel and culture you blokes had a guy get nearly stabbed is that Waynes fault? of course it isnt. And on the results had you of known our playing list for the first part of the season i may have taking on board but seen's as tho you have no idea about it I'll just let that slide.

Based upon i dont think you can judge it after 8 or so weeks. I know you are up against it this year with the amount of outs you have and that will change at the end of the season so i just think it is a bit early.
I know the culture you will try and introduce just will take longer than 8 weeks.

its not always initially about wins when you start coaching at a club PG (unless you already have a top list in place or went on a buying bonanza)..sure..thats the result you want..win games..but you have to put a good foundation in place, set up your benchmarks and rules, see what you really have got to play with and weed out dissenters and "problem" players etc..then add in some big doses of luck..takes some time

bucky francis is a great pick deeman..div 6 - div 4 and fairly cemented in that division and pushing higher..great influence on the HFC

Which is y i think it will take Dutchy more that one season to achieve what he has set out. Once he gets more known out there and gets totally control of the football side, he will achieve goals.

Im not doubting your ability to lead guys at all. I for one know that you are very good at that. I just think it is going to take you a few seasons before you can achieve what u want.
My coach is shit, he just has good blokes around him.
