Disastrous result as far as we're concerned. Four losses on the trot and only the last three goals of the match flattered us in the scoreboard.

We were beaten at our own game - clearances, which we've been way down on over the past month. Haven't lost the clearance count by more than 12 since I started keeping stats in Round 1 2011 and were smashed by 14 today.

Will do Port the world of good today.

Well and truely stitched up all over the ground today, we were not second to the ball, we didnt even get to the ball in most contests.

Magpies far to good in almost every department, especially in front of goals, had players streaming up the ground in all directions, giving plenty of options to the forwards. Their big men around the ground gave their smaller running players good use of the ball which saw our players chasing their opponents for most of the game.

We were reasonably good at times, but always appeared to make hard work of it, compared to Ports pace and care of the ball.

Better players for South were, Cross, Ainger, Stribling, Miller, Bass, Murphy and Liddle

Our supporters have to be bitterly dissapointed in todays performance, however we are strong enough to butter up again next sat against the Blues at dog poo park.
I wish my remembering was as good as my forgetting

Disgusting performance. Can't really think of one positive to come from the day.

Scoreboard very flattering. Port deserved to win by 12+ goals.

Couldn't agree moore Southee . Some players looked disinterested. Surely Port don't have 18 players faster than ours, but the amount of times South players were 2-3 metres behind their opponents you would think they did.

Port should of won by a min of 10 goals, they played great football for 3qtrs only to let themselves down in the last, to take the foot off the pedal & make the score look a little more respectable for South was disappointing.

Yes especially when it may cone down to percentage this year for a spot in the finals, was a real chance for Port to give theirs a massive boost and lower a rivals even more

Good on the 2 south fans giving the players a spray at half and full time..

Pity the south official gave them a mouth full at half time.

I'm not sure they let themselves down. Most of them hadn't played for 3 weeks and South basically hadn't done any running for the previous 3 Quarters.

Daniel Kulikowski was taken to hospital suffering from internal bleeding and underwent surgery on Saturday night, suspected kidney damage. Occured when Sam Gray took a hanger and landed on him

That is not good to hear, hopefully he is recovering well and doesn't spend too long on the sidelines.
