Yer at this stage of the season we are just happy fielding a c grade each week, the As and Bs have have a shocking run with injuries still over 20 players out threw the 3 teams, but thats footy im sure when finals come around everyone will be on the track keen as to play  just hope all are 3 sides can stay in the top 5 and make finals first.Oh and for the record ive always sung the song in the change rooms except after winning premierships,You guys did masha but each to there own and it didnt bother me.But it is c grade and theres a big differants between winning gracefully and being cocky

CBCOC could be in with a big shot if the rumours i am hearing are true about EP. If not, I would expect EP to win comfortably. The best side by a stretch that we have played this year (no offence to the other sides)

Didnt get anywhere near by the score,Dont really agree with stacking c grade sides surely some of these blokes could go up and help out the higher grades?.The bs get smashed every week and a's and b's havent won a game, yet c grade win by 20 goals every week,i no payneham wouldnt except that play where your picked like how it should be,but all clubs are run differant.

If Eastern Park were at full strength, I thought that CBCOC would be pushing s**t up hill to beat them. Didnt see Ben Smith on their team sheet either, so some room for improvement for EP. They are, by a fair stretch, the best side in C4, and CBCOC arent the first and wont be the last to be handed a belting by them.

Thought most sides sing on the oval? Guess if we won by 21 goals we would be happy too....but then again we are just happy to get a win or 2.

I wouldn't say they are stacking their C grade, sure they have some that could play higher, but I think most are at the twilight of their career and just playing for the fun of it. In the game we played against them, they had 5-6 who could be playing B grade, maybe 1-2 who could push their A grade, but that was it. It isn't like they have stacked it with a dozen plus guns. In the end, we can only play who they put out, no point us worrying about that. Guess we are all just playing for the runners up trophy ;)

Yep and from what i hear if most of them werent playing c grade they wouldnt be playing any football!

Must be a club thing. I have played for sides who sing on the ground, others in the change rooms, others both. Brahma have always sung on the oval. Not sure it is cocky or arrogant, unless you are talking about their carry on after the game? When we played them, they were rather happy but think it may have been cause we pushed them deep in the game.
On another note, you guys may be interested to know that he fella who threw the water bottle volunteered to umpire for us on sat, and I think he has found his calling as he was very good both ways. His attitude since the incident has been very good.

Who's the 2nd best side after Eastern Park?

Payneham, Brahma Lodge and Salisbury West probably the most impressive other teams that we've come up against. Hard to split those three teams though I realise we aren't exactly the sternest test.

Can't really split Payneham and cbcoc, with so many to come back in Payneham will be tough to beat come finals. I think we are where we deserve to be, but will be looking to improve in the second half of the year. Westies do concern me, as do ingle farm and Wingfield who all sit in that 3 win bracket and have played some good footy and got some good results recently.

I thought you guys weren't too bad, even with 18 you put up a good fight. I would expect a couple more wins to come in the second half of the year.

I heard CBC had 13 starters missing on the weekend and 2 of them haven't played yet? With PNU getting players back could be interesting finish.

We have always sung on the ground at Glenunga. A's, B's and C's.

To be honest most times we sing it on the oval and in the change rooms, because in my 3.5 years at the club I have only had the chance to sing it a dozen times, maybe less...

We did indeed, go you Blues!

For the record, we sung the song on the ground, twice in the rooms and then again back at the pub. Also on the footpath after we got kicked out of the pub.

Like I have said before, EM was the worst coach the club has ever had. Put him as coach of this side, and we would be 1-7 instead of 6-2

But anyone else, including the local drunk at the Lodge Hotel, and the win-loss ratio would be the same as it is now :D

I think Glory seeker is a little on the harsh side, considering I refuse to give him any votes anyways so no B&F, and when he gets close to our regular full forwards goal tally, I'll switch him to the middle so he won't win our goal kicking either.

Very serious about their footy down at Brahma Lodge. Ex Ingle Farm Player who left cause he was playing C grade to go to Brahma Lodge to play C GRADE , was caught by the A grade coach taking a photo of our C grade team sheet at the club last night....... [-X
