Not personally, just know him through playing against him in the sgl and a bit when at north Adelaide. Last reports I heard he lives in Adelaide and travels to northern areas to play footy.

If they need key position player I would say yes but not the player would splash money at as not the quickest or mobile bloke going for his size. To compare player from the past not in coghill or greves league.

Wow this would be a handy inclusion, when he was palying at Pooraka he threatened to just explode on the scene but was held back by injuries! This could be the answer to their prayers!

Looking forward to a crackign contest out at CBC. With the exception of last week vs Kilburn, they look like they've a lot more depth this year. Always had a really good contest with CBC in the parklands and look forward to the banter from the guys at the scoreboard. Also one of the better BBQ's going around, and the elevation means a really good place to watch footy from.

Our c/d grade have the bye in DIv 8, so gives them a good chance to come out and watch the 1's/2's.

Pretty important to stop Carey you'd think; Midfielder kicking over 2 goals a game. Wonder how much longer until Jamie Cox and the SACA tap him on the shoulder!?!

Very important to stop alex, but the only was to stop him is if you win the contested ball and stop the supply to him that way because no one will be able to match him aerobically. He is only doing 1 on 1 sessions with Tim
Nielsen ATM and won't be getting a contract with the redbacks at least until he finds form in grade cricket.

So about round 2. Think he will go past Crosthwaite and Davey into the No.1 keepers role pretty quickly. Reckon we should be able to find someone who can keep up with him.

We were actually very competative against Kilburn just let ourselves down with some (by that I mean a lot) of awful finishing in front of goal.

Turbo - I will let the guys at the scoreboard know you appreciate their candid feedback - always nice to be wanted :D

Good luck stoppping Carey - no one has managed it so far this year ;)

Our Cs and Ds had the bye in Div 8 last week and most of them came and watched our As and Bs, giving us the biggest crowd we've had all season.

I noticed they did not come over the club side of the ground. Your bloke on the bbq said he had a easier day because they had there own bbq and beers over there. The club woudn't be happy with that would they Dark Night?

Yes, they were a few people involved in the club who were quite angry with the fact they were drinking out of their own eskies, I think they were told not to do it again.
