Just announced on 5AA that Ricky Henderson is an OUT for the Crows, saying he has been dropped. Even though he has been omitted, he may still not play for the Dogs as he is named as an emergency.

That being said, Chris Knights is the 1st emergency (and not named for the Eagles) so I would assume he will be flying over with the side meaning the Doggies could be boosted with Ricky's inclusion.

If Henderson does play with the Dogs will be interesting to see how he is used. At the Cows he has been primarily playing on the half back line and looks to be doing alright there. Though at Central i think we are most in need to play him forward or worse case in the midfield. Wonder if there will be any pressure from the Cows as to what position he plays for us.

I saw him Tuesday night at Eastern Park so unless things have changed in the last couple of day!

Just spoke to mate who was drinking with him up to 8:30pm last night at EP and he hasnt heard anything since which he would so i would say rumour.

From that link, I do notice that he has missed some football (very sadly, a Grand Final in his case) through having a nail stuck in his body. Sounds like he will fit right in... just don't let him near James' or Chris' nail guns!! *grins*

Mal, if your 'no no no' is in reference to thinking that Hendo won't play for Central due to not being named in the lineup in The Advertiser, there is a new regulation that no player named in the Crows 25 can be named for their SANFL team. However, two of these players will play for their club. There is a fair chance that Hendo is playing for Central tomorrow.
