regardless of what structure the hfl implement next year (two divs or three divs), lofty are unlikely to be in central/div 1.
if there's no change to the current structure, i'm aware of two country div clubs who are likely to seek promotion if they make the grand final. the current situation in country division with colts teams makes it untenable.
alternatively, if the hfl go to a three div model in 2013, then two current central clubs will have to fall back. based on current (and likely) ladder positions, lofty is almost certain to be one of these.
i applaud lofty for the way they're trying to rebuild, it's just bad timing.
