You are quoting the line the state ALP is running as their last forlorn hope.
They are hoping to get it enough traction by constantly repeating it, and getting others to believe and quote it.
The Libs learned from last time not to announce policies far enough ahead for the ALP to steal them and run up parallel policies.
This time they will keep a low profile until the campaign is well under way, then announce policy.
There is no leadership instability - just the ALP trying to create that impression and distract from their own recent woes in that area.
