Now we have the terrifying prospect of waiting for the cooling off period to finish, plus the budding and pest inspection...

We've already been here once and the buyers pulled out (ahem) during the cooling off...

LOL Great news HH3 in Australia we play on the International Hockey Rules a fight is a 5 minute major and you are out for the rest of the game. Over here in Melbourne I go to Mustang games so I am a regular it is great entertainment.

Weird there last fight we had here in Melbourne it was the ice and the thunder we are still waiting on the result for suspension on the ice player. Also check the other sports there is an Aihl thread it has all the Adelaide games in there.
