Going on a bit of a movie rampage in the next few days.

Today I saw George Clooney's latest...

Good Night, And Good Luck

Interesting subject matter.

But seriously overrated.

A photographed stage play.

I can't think of one movie that leaps off the 'amusements' page and says 'SEE ME'. The movie that will win this year's best picture is about gay cowboys FFS. It's all remakes, sequels and bull5hit. Do yourself a favour Mappa and buy yourself a good book. I recommend Gavin Dawes 'Prisoners of the Japanese' or Antony Beevors 'Berlin'.

Unfortunately REB, any reading I do at the moment is restricted to Royal Commission reports and affadavits.

Today, I saw Munich.

Very cold movie, which is a problem when you're supposed to care for the central character - Eric Bana.

In the end, you don't care who lives or does.

Very unsatisfying.

Recommend the brilliant doco 'One Day in September' instead.

Munich no good Mappa? I saw One Day in September and that was very good, loved the use of music especially. Chicken Little Wedge?? After watching the 'shorts' of that it looked like the lamest movie in history LOL. I get Mrs REB to take the ruggies to such bollocks

Nah mate seen worse kids flicks like Home on the Range.
And Chicken Little hada couple of Roosters in it so it can't be all that bad.;)
Weirdest part was the Australian version has Mark Mitchell doing the voice for Cluck Buck but they get him to put on an American accent. WTF?

Roosters!! I knew there was another reason to give that flick the flick. Roosters shouldn't be in movies, they should be roasting nicely in the oven...or getting cooked at Norwood Oval, one of the two

I just have to know - and I don't want to sit through the movie to find out - is there a scene where the gay cowboys eat pudding?
