There were 35k people at the match and at 3 qtr time I witnessed a multitude of Carlton fans leave, yes that right 3 qtr time. Crowd would have dropped to around 28k for the start of the last qtr. At the 15 minute mark the crowd dropped to around 20k as I witnessed fan after so called fan leave the stadium. By the end of the match there were only 10k people there. The golden rule is never walk out regardless of the score until the final siren. Pathetic. On the other hand te crows were unreal!

I was there for that game agaisnt Fitzroy in 1994 when the Crows fans pioneered that manouvre!!

I was only 7 years old so I have no memory of the match, but I let crows fans no when they leave early that it is not good enough. Bays win crows win good weekend.

I remember the Fitzroy Match. They were a disgrace both on and off the field that night.

I can recall ANZAC weekend in Melbourne in 2010 Crows had the Friday Night Match in Melbourne and They (Crow fans) were walking out as well. I was sledging them and even the Bulldog supporters were laughing

Ok the beers and the emotion have worn off and your right crows supporters are no exception by any mean. It just frustrates me when people leave early. I drove from sheidow park to Elizabeth by myself last week to watch the bays play and even though we were never within 10 goals for the last half I stuck it out. Apologies for jumping the gun but it was not a good sight seeing people leave at 3 qtr time when the match was not blown out
The death penalty can never be excused as it allows a state a means by which it can pick and choose who is fit to live and who isnt
