Umpires were a bit better today compared to what I saw last week but still plenty of room for improvement

1 in particular dog act from a Hectorville player in front of the umpires that went unpunished. I don't care what happens on the field but NEVER strike an opponent with your foot under any circumstances [-X

Bit of a pattern emerging here, has Bucky lost control of the players?

So kicking an opposition player is acceptable?

If you are prepared to employ AFL style tagging tactics then you should be prepared for any response. Especially in the amateur levels where players can react very differently to those at the top level

Looking forward to heading down to Plympton this weekend.
Big game for us heading out there sitting 6th on 3-2 after 5 games and playing the 4 teams below us in the next 4 weeks. I think we have had the opportunity to see what the best 5 teams are like and where we need to lift our standard to.

Looking forward to a couple of good games too as my B's try to stop a 2 game losing streak....

Some close games this weekend... seems like a even season where any team can win on any given day.

Not sure how the Greenies boys got away with the win after being 6 down at the half...good effort just the same...

Thanks to the EFC for the beers after the game, top stuff

and to the Elizabeth player that bared his ar$e at us.... sometimes when you flash ur crack you may get your pants pulled down...and you did

GGFC sneaked the points off Plympton on Saturday. Tough, hard fought game that we trailed most of. Happy to leave with the 2 points. That oval is definitly a tricky little green wonder..... B grade game was a good hard slog too and surprisingly the umpiring wasn't too bad as well and allowed the players to actually play the game without noticing them.

Get out of jail free card played. We couldn't get out of second gear all day. Even in the last quarter when we finally started to play something resembling our brand of football

One thing for sure is that Plympton are a lot better than their record suggests. Shows how even D4 is this year.

Maybe the mystery bug that swept GG last week had something to do with it BB ?? ;)

Disappointing day for the A grade Eagles. A chance to put further space between us and the bottom missed.

Seems as thou a certain Hectorville player is trying to be a "Tough Guy" at the moment. Very undisciplined with some behind the play incidents. Might be time him to pull his head in. My mail from a very trustworthy source is that an ambulance was called after one of his recent acts of "Toughness" on a young player. The game was held up for 45 minutes.
The league does not need this type of jerk playing [-X [-X [-X

Let that be a lesson to you, Port Adelaide Sturt. & Norwood You don't beat Glenelg in Grand Finals and get away with it.

It seems that you, my friend, are the only one partaking in any 'jerk playing'. Time to get your hand off it.

Care to elaborate?
Is this in reference to the incident that occurred during the GG game? Or has an ambulance been called in a subsequent heccies game?
