Yes Rose park won the grand final and won it on a postage stamp but it is time to move on. Cougar or Read are not the captains, we dont even have a Read, but they do give advice to the captain, as does about 5 other blokes.

Carey will be fun to play against you again once u join NEK and hopefully Baldo you hang around one more year with Carey on your team. He might be the one thing to help u blokes make the big dance. Im sure Rose park, Vi$$ta, Fitzroy and everyone else are all hanging to get back out there. Im backing Wino to coach the Assoc team, Dutchy to be captain and everyone to have a great time away.

Now Phantom get on here and tell us how crap our association is and go on about everything else you are a expert at. Oh sorry i forgot you were a champion at the 1978 carnival and had one good hit.

=))

I awiat Phantoms come back as this could be the start of a great few pages lol

The Riddler talks a good talk, but based on the few limp overs I've seen him send down, I'm looking forward to sending a few of his right arm donkey droppers into orbit next season - if there's a bowling change, of course. ;) In the interests of allowing the game to flow, I'm thinking of investing in a tracking device we can inject into the join of the 6-stitcher as not to hold the game up for too long...

Must pain you to know that i'm an incredibly ordinary cricketer, but despite that, all because 1 hit, my name will always be etched in the churches history books, whilst no one will ever remember you..

I guess I shouldn't pick on you Rose Lakes lads too much, I mean being so success deprived as you have been in your lives, I should be more understanding that you would want to hold onto this premiership win as long as you can and rub it into everyones faces...

 this is actually quite funny & true...take it easy on me GH it's hard to come on 1st change and hit the spot after you've spent the first 60 overs running round in the field :)

Probably won more premierships in my time than hotpies has users. Two in the past 3 years for starters is more than your club has probably ever won..
